Abstract:
In resentyears ,the citizenship organizational behavior as employee ultrafigur behaviors which have many considerable affects on organizational efficiency and success , is so considerable.recognizing and supporting these behaviors fields improves organizational function and efficiency and ensures their long time survivals. to study the relationship between the organizational support and the citizenship organizational behavior in sport and youngs administration’s personnel in yazd city is The main gole of the resent research. The resent research is functional and its nature is padding and the relationship of variants is kind of correlation and aggregating data is squaral. Statistic society of this research consist of all personnel of Yazd sport and youngs administration (n=100). Because of small statistic society , the number of statistic samples selected was equal to statistic society (n=100). The tools of gathering in this research was standard questionnairs . these included some people charactrisics ( like age, gender, marital statues, degree, job and employ statue) and organization suppot contains 8 cases and the citizenship organizational behavior contains 20 case in 5 dimension (frindship, veneration and humility, conscience, magnanimity, civil behavior) . these questionnairs were upholded by some professors and experts and their perpetuity was determinded by Crotiakh method (citizenship organizational behavior = 0.78 and organizational support = 0.71).they were used to calculate and analyze data from descriptive and persumption statistics (to describe data from tables , central index of mean, standard dispersal deviance index and in part II, to test some research theories from kelmogrovsmirnov test, pierson correlation coefficient , one-sample t test and free t and manova “ to study some variant variance”, linarregration and fridman test). Meaningful level of (P<0.05) selected in studying the theory tests and statistic process was carried out by by using the software SPSS .results show that personnel of sport and youngs administration beleave that the organizational support is favorite. They beleave their goles are along the organization goles and finally the organizational support has positive affect on citizenship organizational behavior of this administration personnel. By these resaults .we can offer the managers and risponsibles to improve and encourage their persnnel by increasing the organizational supports.
